విధాతా సొసైటీ ఆధ్వర్యంలో టైలరింగ్ నైపుణ్యాభివృద్ధి కార్యక్రమం

విధాతా సొసైటీ ఆధ్వర్యంలో మహిళలు మరియు నిరుద్యోగ యువతకు టైలరింగ్ నైపుణ్యాభివృద్ధి కార్యక్రమం (Skill Development Programme in Tailoring) నిర్వహించడం జరిగింది.

మహిళలు, యువతకు ఉపాధి అవకాశాలను పెంపొందిస్తూ, వారిలో స్వావలంబన మరియు ఆర్థిక సాధికారత తీసుకురావడం ఈ కార్యక్రమం ముఖ్య ఉద్దేశ్యం.

ఈ శిక్షణలో భాగంగా పాల్గొన్న వారికి: బేసిక్ టైలరింగ్ టెక్నిక్స్, అడ్వాన్స్‌డ్ డిజైనింగ్, బ్లౌజ్ డిజైనింగ్, చుడిదార్ తయారీ, పిల్లల దుస్తుల తయారీ, స్కర్ట్‌ల తయారీ తదితర అంశాలపై శిక్షణ అందించడం జరిగింది. ఈ కార్యక్రమంలో 40 మంది మహిళలు పాల్గొని టైలరింగ్ నైపుణ్యాలను అభ్యసించారు. ఈ కార్యక్రమం విధాతా స్వచ్ఛంద సేవాసంస్థ అధ్యక్షురాలు శ్రీమతి శ్రీలత గారి నాయకత్వంలో నిర్వహించబడింది. కార్యక్రమంలో సంధ్యారాణి, విజయ, మాధవి మరియు కల్పన పాల్గొని తమ సహకారం అందించారు.

మహిళలు తమకు తాముగా ఉపాధి పొందుతూ, ఆర్థికంగా ఎదగడానికి ఇటువంటి నైపుణ్యాభివృద్ధి కార్యక్రమాలను విధాతా సొసైటీ నిరంతరం ప్రోత్సహిస్తుంది.

 Tailoring Skill Development Programme by Vidhatha Society

Vidhatha Society conducted a Skill Development Programme in Tailoring for women and unemployed youth, with the aim of creating better employment opportunities and promoting self-reliance and financial empowerment.

As part of the training programme, participants were provided practical training in:

Basic Tailoring Techniques, Advanced Designing, Blouse Designing, Chudidar Making, Children’s Dress Making, Skirt Making and other tailoring skills

A total of 40 women participated in the programme and gained valuable tailoring skills to help them move towards self-employment and financial independence. The programme was conducted under the leadership of Smt. Srilatha Garu, President of Vidhatha Voluntary Service Organization. Sandhya Rani, Vijaya, Madhavi, and Kalpana also participated and extended their support to the programme.

Vidhatha Society continues to promote skill development initiatives that empower women and youth with practical skills, helping them create their own employment opportunities and build a better future.
