క్యాన్సర్ అవగాహన కార్యక్రమం - రావెలారా సొసైటీ 

February 04-2025- విధాత స్వచ్చంద సంస్థ ఎన్‌జి‌ఓ ఆధ్వర్యంలో క్యాన్సర్ పై  అవగాహన కార్యక్రమంను  సంస్థ అధ్యక్షురాలు G. శ్రీలత గారు విజయవంతంగా నిర్వహించారు.దీనిలో బాగంగా  హస్తినాపురం నుండి వనస్థలిపురం వరకు ర్యాలీ నిర్వహించడం జరిగింది.  

ఈ కార్యక్రమంలో బాగంగా క్యాన్సర్ రాకుండా తీసుకోవాల్సిన  జాగ్రత్తలు తెలియజేసారు, పొగతాగడం, మద్యం తాగడం మరియు హానికరమైన రసాయనాలు ఉండే ఆహారం తీసుకోవడం వల్ల వచ్చే అనారోగ్య సమస్యల గురించి  తెలియజేశారు. మరియు క్యాన్సర్  బారిన పడకుండా  ఆరోగ్యకరమైన ఆహారం తీసుకోవడం,క్రమం తప్పకుండ శారీరక వ్యాయామం చేయడం,ఆరోగ్యకరమైన జీవన శైలిని పాటించాలని ఈ కార్యక్రమంలో ప్రజలకి మరియు పిల్లలకి అవగాహన కల్పించారు.  

క్యాన్సర్‌ పై విజయం సాధించడానికి మనందరం కలిసి కృషి చేద్దాం. ఆరోగ్యకరమైన జీవనశైలిని అనుసరించి క్యాన్సర్‌ రహిత భవిష్యత్తును నిర్మించుకుందాం!

Cancer Awareness Programme  (Rally) - Vidhatha Society NGO

Vidhatha Society NGO, under the leadership of President G. Srilatha, successfully organized a Cancer Awareness Rally to educate people on cancer prevention and healthy living.

As part of this initiative, awareness was spread about:
The risks of smoking, alcohol consumption, and harmful chemicals in food 
 The importance of a healthy diet and regular physical exercise 
 Adopting a healthy lifestyle to prevent cancer and other diseases 

The event aimed to educate both adults and children on how to reduce the risk of cancer through lifestyle changes and mindful choices.
