On 01-08-2024,our vidhatha society organized a comprehensive event to mark Lung Cancer Day, aiming to raise awareness about lung cancer, its prevention, early detection, and treatment options. The event brought together healthcare professionals, survivors, volunteers, and the community to address one of the most critical health issues affecting millions worldwide.

Awareness Campaign:

The event commenced with an awareness campaign that included informative sessions about lung cancer, its causes, risk factors, and preventive measures.
Educational materials such as brochures, pamphlets, and posters were distributed to attendees.
 Expert Talks and Panel Discussions:
Renowned oncologists, pulmonologists, and healthcare experts shared their insights on the latest advancements in lung cancer research and treatment.

Survivor Stories: I

nspirational stories from lung cancer survivors were shared, offering hope and encouragement to patients and their families.Survivors discussed their journeys, highlighting the significance of early detection and the support they received.

Workshops and Interactive Sessions:Workshops on smoking cessation, healthy lifestyle choices, and nutrition were conducted to educate participants on reducing their risk of lung cancer.
Interactive sessions allowed attendees to ask questions and engage with healthcare professionals directly.
